The TERNS EXIM product brochure covers our full range of export-grade industrial fasteners manufactured to international standards. Our core range includes hex bolts in property class 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9; hex nuts, lock nuts, and flange nuts; flat and spring washers; machine screws and self-drilling screws; threaded rods and double-end studs in sizes M6 to M100 and lengths up to 6 metres; anchor bolts and foundation bolts (J-bolt, L-bolt, U-bolt, eye bolt); and custom OEM fasteners manufactured to buyer drawings in any grade or alloy.
Every product in the brochure is manufactured in conformance with DIN, ISO, ASTM, BS, JIS, and BIS standards as required by the destination market. Material options include Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel 304 and 316, Alloy Steel grades B7 and L7, and Brass. Surface finishes include plain, zinc-plated, hot-dip galvanised (HDG), Dacromet, and black oxide. Mill Test Certificates are supplied on every shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), or TÜV is available on request for any order.
Minimum order quantities start at 10,000 pieces or 700 kg depending on the product — with flexible terms for trial orders from new buyers. We ship FCL and LCL from Chennai and Tuticorin seaports in Tamil Nadu, with air freight available for urgent requirements.
