What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order: 10,000 pieces or 700 kg depending on product. For new buyers, we welcome trial orders. Contact us with your requirement and we'll advise on the best option.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide — with strong presence in USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, and throughout Southeast Asia. Shipping is handled from Chennai and Tuticorin ports.
What payment terms do you offer?
We accept Wire Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C at sight or usance). Trial and first orders: 100% advance. Established buyers (after several successful shipments): 70–80% advance, balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading. For balance-payment orders, shipping documents including the Bill of Lading are released once the balance payment is confirmed; orders may be shipped on "To Order" Bill of Lading terms to ensure secure handover. Terms negotiable based on order value and buyer relationship.
How long does delivery take?
Standard items: 7–21 working days from order confirmation. Custom or bulk orders: 4–8 weeks. We provide estimated delivery dates at the time of order confirmation.
Do you provide quality test certificates?
Yes. Mill Test Certificates (MTC), Chemical & Mechanical Test Reports, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.) are available on request.
Can you export non-fastener products?
